KATIE ADAMS McGOWAN (Vocalist) is a Proud Pittsburgh native! Broadway: Wicked (Glinda Standby- over 200 performances), National Tours: Wicked (Glinda u/s, performed), Urinetown (Soupy Sue/Hope u/s, performed), Grease (Marty).  Off-Broadway: Henry Sweet Henry (Gil), York Theatre;Cam Jansen, Lamb's Theatre. Regional: Hello, Dolly! (Minnie Fay), Pittburgh CLO; Lucky Guy (Chicky), King of Hearts, Goodspeed; Radio City Christmas Spectacular, LA (Mrs. Claus); The Fantasticks (Luisa), Titanic (Kate).  Workshops:  Wedding Singer, Slut, High School Musical. Graduate of The Boston Conservatory.  Best jobs EVER... Ellie's mom and Joe's wife. I know, barf.

CHRISTINE BARRINGER (Costume Design & Construction) is a fresh transplant to NYC, is happy to finally collaborate with Salon Bklyn. She prefers stitching and costume construction to costume design but honestly loves all things in technical theater. Christine has worked with Playmakers Repertory Company, The Utah Shakespeare Festival, TriadStage, TACT-NYC, Brooklyn College theater dept., and Timberlake Studios. Keep making love and art, y'all!

TAYLOR BEYER (Dancer) is a dancer, singer, and actor currently located in New York City. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Sam Houston State University, and is a proud alumna of The Performing Arts Project. When she's not auditioning, she enjoys writing poetry, eating sushi, and arguing with conservatives on facebook. JACOB BRANDT (Singer/Songwriter) is an actor, director, and musician.  He has performed work with Ars Nova, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Dixon Place, FringeNYC, The Motor Company, The Huntington, Company One, Speakeasy Stage Company, The New Repertory Theatre, and Wheelock Family Theatre.  He has staged plays and workshops with Frigid Festival, The New York Society Library, JACK, The Tank, Tiny Rhino, Serials @ The Flea, Exquisite Corpse Company, and the Loeb Drama Center (Mainstage, Experimental Theatre). His live concept album, 1969: The Second Man, was developed as part of Ars Nova's ANTFest. He is a graduate of Harvard College.

AUSTIN COATS (Choreographer/Singer) is a Dancer, Singer, and Choreographer based in New York City. He is so happy to be back at the Salon after a 9 month hiatus sailing the high seas! He has performed for some cool people and done some cool things, ask him about it if you want. He has a BFA in Commercial Dance from Pace University, and is a proud non-member of Actors Equity and has not appeared on any episode of Law & Order SVU. JORDI COATS (Producer) Jordi is a New York based producer and director. Most recently, she acted as the technical director for The Performing Arts Project. Other credits include: Producer of "EverScape" FringeNYC 2015,​ ​​Associate Producer of the award-winning "Mother Jones and the Children's Crusade" NYMF 2014, Asst. D​irected and A​ssociate ​​P​roduced "Volleygirls" at NYMF in 2013 (Best of Fest), IAMA Theatre Co's "Shiner" (asst. director) and has been collaborating on many film projects in the city. Previously she has worked with Binder Casting, Tara Rubin Casting, and Telsey + Company casting. ​She is a graduate of the Univeristy of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in NC, she founded The Talent Company, a theatre company for middle and high school students in the Uwharrie region that is currently in its 10th season.

MATT DaSILVA (Vocalist) is an actor/"creative type"/basketball fan living in Brooklyn. He's performed in several regional theaters, and spent a year on the road with the National Tour of Beauty and the Beast. He also studies improv and sketch writing at UCB.

ALEX DZIALO (Salon Promo/Videographer) is a filmmaker, writer, and performer living in Brooklyn. He currently works at Hit + Run Creative, a production company specializing in unscripted series. Alex performs improv and produces video sketches with his troupe, Sanderson. Currently, he's developing an upcoming sketch show titled "Glen Berkman Hosts A Pizza Party." In addition, Alex has played guitar as a pit musician in NYU and BC theatrical productions, the latter of which he graduated from in 2015.

ASHLEY GUNSTEENS (Producer) is a Brooklyn-based theater director with a penchant for movement and ensemble-based work. She focuses on culturally relevant new works with an appeal to magical realism within minimalist spaces, and feels strongly about creating pieces that are accessible to all audiences, specifically traditional ‘non-theater-goers.’ Recent projects include A Charlie Brown Christmas (Secret Theatre), Pussyfest (Caps Lock Theater/Red Caravan Reading Series), the world-premiere of EverScape (Playbill’s “Top 5 Hottest Shows Not To Miss” NYC Fringe Festival; Extended run at The C.O.W. Theater), Romantic Fools (AlphaNYC), What Every Girl Should Know  ("Best Ensemble" NYC Fringe Festival), and How I Learned to Drive (Lab! Theater). Ashley is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and works as an event coordinator and calligrapher by day. ​ashleygunsteens.com

SHANNON REMLEY (Vocalist/Writer) is an actress, singer, and writer with a great passion for storytelling. Recent performance credits include: Dogfight (11th Hour Theatre Co), Proof (Walnut Street Theatre), This Girl Laughs (Prague Youth Theatre), The Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe (National Tour).  Shannon holds a BFA in Theatre Arts from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, and now resides in Astoria where she and the N/W/R line are great friends. shannonremley.com

ANNA SLATE (Spoken Word) is a NYC-based opera singer and actress. An eclectic performer, Anna has done everything from Baroque operatic roles to a one-woman musical theater show to devised theater to cantoring for a left-y synagogue’s High Holy Day Services. Some of Anna’s  favorite roles include Morgana (Alcina), Atalanta (Xerxes), Luisa (The Fantasticks), and Second Woman in Heartbeat Opera’s Dido and Aeneas. Anna has also long considered herself a Jewish American Hairy Princess and recently had the idea to explore the intersection of female body hair, patriarchal societies, Jewish identity and performance, so she began her first exploration into the world of writing and is excited to share it with you all this Mother’s Day Eve!

TREVIN STEPHENSON (Singer) is an actor, singer, dancer, song writer, and seasoned artist. His musical inspirations include Bruno Mars, Michael Jackson, Robin Thicke, Stevie Wonder, and Jimmy Hendrix. Trevin never feels more at home than when he is performing for a crowd of any size. Performing is his life, so enjoy him living tonight!

SARAH WOODS (Dancer) started dancing at the age of 3. In her hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee, she trained at Angela Floyd Schools where she was in the Angela Floyd Dance Company from age eight until she graduated high school. She also attended conventions and intensives such as JUMP and the Rockette Summer Intensive, as well as the Broadway Dance Center Summer Professional Semester in 2013. Last year she graduated from Pace University’s BFA Commercial Dance program.
